Please fill out the form below if you would like to talk to a staff member about becoming an "A" Team Member
"Even now my witness is in heaven; my advocate is on high. My intercessor is my friend as my eyes pour out tears to God; on behalf of a man he pleads with God as a man pleads for his friend."
What do "A" Team Members Do?
Visit the Bridge Ministry Buckingham campus once per year with other "A" Team members. Tour the facility with our staff members, speak with men in the program, and hear their stories.
Tell your church leaders and your Mission Board or Committee what you learned about the Bridge and the people it serves.
Share your experience with other "A" Team members from a wide variety of churches. Help to unite the Body of Christ around the common goals of advocacy and service.
Model Jesus by advocating for those He served. Grow closer to Him and allow His Holy Spirit to have a greater presence in your life. Experience greater connection to Jesus and the entire body of Christ - His universal Church.
We all need an advocate
The Bible tells us that Jesus is our witness, advocate, intercessor, and friend. Even now, he pleads before God for us as his friends.
Call to advocacy
The Bridge serves the lost, the lonely, the hopeless, the incarcerated, the poor, the addicted. Just the people Jesus served during his brief ministry - the people he would serve today.
How can I be an advocate?
Be on The Bridge Ministry "A" Team.
"A" Team members advocate in behalf of those The Bridge Ministry serves by pleading their case before leaders in their home churches.
The Bridge is founded on the precept that the Church of Jesus Christ belongs on the front lines of the battles against faithlessness, loneliness, hopelessness, homelessness, crime, poverty, and addiction.
The inward-looking church that only serves its members drifts from following the example of Jesus.
